Question: Can I transfer weapons, outfits, or items between different accounts?
Answer: No — every weapon, skin, and resource is tied to the account where it was earned. This keeps balance and fairness across the wasteland. However, our developers are preparing an advanced clan system in the future, allowing members of the same faction to share certain supplies, bonuses, and event rewards without breaking the competitive spirit of the Game.

Refunds are available only if none of the pack’s contents have been claimed or used in raids. To apply, contact support with your purchase details. Once approved, your currency will be restored to your account within a few business days.
Definitely! By logging in daily, joining survival events, and completing seasonal missions, you can unlock free skins, boosters, and in-game credits. Many survivors began their journey with nothing but free rewards and determination.
Go to the in-game store, pick the outfit, bundle, or resource you want, and click “Purchase.” If you have enough gems, it will instantly appear in your inventory. Some exclusive skins and limited-time survivor bundles vanish forever once events end — so grab them while you can.
The Season Pass is a progression path that grants valuable rewards for every mission and raid you complete. There’s a free track available to all players, and a premium track with rare outfits, emotes, avatars, and event-only loot that won’t return once the season ends.
Direct trading between accounts isn’t currently available. However, our team is developing a clan vault system, where trusted allies will be able to contribute and share resources, boosters, and event loot to prepare for large-scale faction wars together.
Yes! Survivors can fight together across multiple platforms. Whether you’re on PC, console, or cloud, your progress and friends list will follow you wherever you play.
Absolutely. Bunker 76 includes in-game voice chat for squads and clans. You can also mute or block players if you prefer text communication only.
The base install of Bunker 76 is around 42 GB, with additional patches and seasonal content adding more over time. Make sure to free up space for future updates.
